At Mama Slayin Tees, each item is made-to-order with care. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.


We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing their purchase, including size, color, design selection, and shipping information.

 

 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement if applicable.


 

 

Non-Eligible Situations


We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Normal variations in color due to screen displays
